International Outreach & Training

Served as Founding Director of the Academy’s International Outreach Program, working closely with the Academy Board, Committee Chairs and Membership to develop project mission, strategies and deliverables — and to build a sustainable and impactful international mentoring and cultural diplomacy initiative for the Academy.

Created partnerships with host institutions in various countries, and with U.S.-based organizations to host visiting international delegations.

Extensive programs successfully established in Vietnam, Iran, Cuba, East Africa (Kenya, Rwanda), Southeastern Europe (Bosnia Herzegovina and region), the Middle East (Afghanistan, Kurdish Iraq) and UAE (Dubai).
