Worked in close collaboration with filmmakers and archival staff to achieve dozens of new restorations of classic and overlooked films as Director with the DFF (Deutsches Filminstitut & Filmmuseum).

Digital restorations premiered at: Berlin Film Festival, Il Cinema Ritrovato Bologna, Munich Film Festival, UFA Film Nights Berlin, Bonn International Silent Film Festival, and screened at the Museum of Modern Art, San Francisco Silent Film Festival, the Library of Congress, and numerous other festivals and venues worldwide.

Presented DFF restoration of “Es” at Cannes Classics in 2023.

Founded DFF’s ongoing Digital Restoration Festival, “Film Preservation Weekend,” in 2022

Acknowledged by Wim Wenders for supporting the 4K restoration of his film "A Trick of the Light"

and for the restoration of "Lisbon Story".
